Me as a Southpark character

This is me as a southpark character made by D-r ALU. In fact the black clothes, the military haircut and my addiction to beer (which I must try to eliminate) are among the first things that you are likely to notice about me.

More thoughts abouts sexual selection

“And if you ever need self-validation
Just meet me in the alley by the railway station”
- I want the one I can’t have, The Smiths

Actually I was at the railway station tonight.
Yes, I’m sad about the fact that our human reasoning is strongly rooted in the animal psychology, but I think that this is how it is supposed to be. I can’t argue with the nature. I know that I will die without leaving an offspring, and even if I (very unlikely) become a brilliant programmer/hacker/scientist/whatever, I will still have these personal traits considered to be very bad evolutionary-wise. I will be forever below those men who are naturally able to attract women. Tears, hundreds of litres of alcohol - I understand that this is normal. It won’t change anything though. Not to mention my porn addiction - something very bad, but nonetheless part of my everyday reality. I’m just a bad person. This is not the average teenage angst and sexual frustration - this is a constatation about my life, which in my opinion is true. I’m just a useless piece of carbon. Forget about me.

- Because if all guys were like me, the human race couldn’t survive.”

Thoughts about sexual selection

I’m a lot of steps below mentally ill people, 19 year old wiggers who are in 8th grade, dirty old men, and dwarfs. I feel like a one-legged man, who wants to win the 100-metre race at the Olympics.

Attansic L1 driver for OpenBSD

I’m planning to write an OpenBSD driver for my on-board Ethernet chip (Attansic L1, the mainboard is Asus P5K). I think it would be difficult, I’m stuck to using ddb because this mainboard lacks serial ports so I can’t use kgdb. I bought a PCI card with a serial port, but I’m unable to install it (when I try, a red LED near the PCI slot flashes, which according to the user manual means that the card is “incompatible”, and the fear from damaging the mainboard, keeps me from experimenting). The other thing which is even worse is that this chip doesn’t have any documentation available and I’ll have to reverse engineer it’s inner workings from linux and freebsd driver code. Anyway, I think that writing this driver would be a great way to learn more about hardware, networking and the OpenBSD kernel.

A new blog

This is my latest attempt to start a blog. I really don’t want anyone to take seriously the things that I write, because I think that most of the thoughts in my head are just plain wrong, they have no scientific basis and are formed from a limited experience and a limited view of the outside world. So please, don’t trust anything that I have written.
